In 1963, Rev. Robert McKinnies travelled to the west side of Flint, Michigan with a vision to build a church.

60 years later, his vision lives on. Under the leadership of Rev. McKinnies’ son, Bishop Keith McKinnies, and grandson, Pastor Tim McKinnies, the church has experienced continuous growth. Hundreds have received the gift of the Holy Ghost and been baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, and countless lives have been changed. 

In October 2022, Calvary officially moved to a new home in the city of Swartz Creek. This multi-million dollar facility, complete with over 20 acres of land, is both a testament to God’s miracle-working power, and a promise of endless possibilities. There is no telling what God will do as we move into this new season!
